Frequently Asked Questions
If you can't find an answer to your question, contact us and we'll be happy to help you
Is this safe?
We take security seriously, and we built this service with safety in mind. We will not be holding your assets. You will always have full control of your own Binance account and wallet - we are here just to help you on the trading part. Zignaly is a trusted third party between our service and Binance exchange, so we do not even have a lookup into your account balance, because your API key is not transferred to us, or stored on our servers. We have no access to it. The trading orders are executed on Binance exchange through the API on your behalf, and that does not require withdrawal rights, so your funds are 100% secure.
Is it easy to use?
Yes, "keep it simple" is our pillar since we launched the service. You do not need any professional knowledge or experience to start. Thanks to our video tutorial, which explains the configuration step by step, it will take only 10 minutes to have your account ready to start. Keep in mind that if you will need any help with the configuration process, our team will be happy to assist you. Just let us know.
Is it possible to withdraw the funds at any time?
Yes, you own the funds, and you can withdraw them anytime you like. You can also sell or cancel all pending operations manually and withdraw the funds locked in positions, or withdraw the available balance and wait for the open operations to close. You will always have full sovereignty over your funds.
How to view trading progress and trade history?
Every position, both open and closed, can be viewed through the Zignaly dashboard. You can also login to your Binance account and see all the current and past trades directly from there.
Is there any leverage involved? Do I have to worry about liquidation?
Our service operates strictly on the non-leveraged Binance SPOT market, which eliminates liquidation risk. So there is no chance of blowing up your trading account, non even with a series of negative outcome trades.
What is the trading hour for this service?
Binance markets operate 24/7. To be able to cope up with that, automated trading is necessary. Our service will run around the clock, analyzing the market situation to generate signals and execute positions on your behalf.
Can I still trade on my Binance account?
Yes, your account will be fully operative for manual trading. But you need to remember that automated signals could not open a position if there will be no available USDT balance. To make it clear, assume that you have 1000 USDT on your account, and you are a subscriber to one Coin Pair, with 100% funds allocation. If there will be no open positions when the signal arrives, the algorithm will open a trade worth 1000 USDT (e.g. buy Bitcoin for 1000 USDT). But if you have a transaction manually open for, let’s say 400 USDT, the algorithm could open only a 600 USDT position. If there will be no USDT available on your Binance account, the trade cannot be successfully executed.
What happens if my subscription to any of the Coin Pairs ends?
New operations will no longer proceed to your account. If there is any already active position, it would not be closed automatically because the Exit Signal will arrive after the end of the subscription period. In that case, you will have to exit the remaining positions manually.
Do you inform when a subscription is about to end or when it is already over?
You will always see the number of months, days, or hours to the end of your subscription period on every Zignaly coin pair sub-page. Although we recommend being aware of expiration dates (or contracting the service for several months), because Zignaly will not send you any notification about the upcoming subscription termination.
Is it worth paying for only one month of subscription to any of the Coin Pairs?
It is always up to you for how long you would like to subscribe. But in fact, we recommend subscribing for at least 3 months in advance, so your results will not be affected so much by the randomness of market volatility. You will also not lose any operation in case of not receiving Exit Signal before the end of the subscription period. To do that, you need to change the quantity of product (which represents months) for 3 or another number of months you consider following our algorithm.
